We slow roast Peanuts for a couple of hours to perfection to get that brown colour! That is then put in to make the peanut butter. We then stone mix the Peanut Butter with Jaggery & Himalayan Salt for a while to completely mix and become smooth!

A simple mix of Peanuts, Jaggery and Himalayan Rock Salt are used to develop Elysian Peanut Butter Spread. No animal product is used hence Vegan Friendly as well. No Artificial Ingredients added to the mix, whatsoever.
Peanuts are sourced from Indian farmers and Peanut Butter is made by us, hence Indian by nature!

Peanut Butter Balls are simple yet an elegant snack for your guests and for health as well.
Chocolate + Elysian Peanut Spread + Coconut Powder. It’s that simple. Mix them in ratios such that it is not too liquid consistency by adding appropriate amount of coconut powder and refrigerate. Can be consumed for upto a week.

Filling can be made of numerous ingredients but to keep it simple, lets use cake crumbs, elysian peanut spread, roasted oatmeal, plant based milk (cashew or almond or oat or soy), cocoa butter, sugar & non-dairy whipping cream.
Mash first 4 ingredients into dry-ish consistency as filling material for mix of cocoa butter sugar and cream.
In mould, set cocoa butter, sugar and non dairy whipping cream and add rest in as filling. Cover it back with cocoa butter mixture and set it in fridge. Yum Yum Yum!
