How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Cafe Food Preparation Time can vary based on order, but generally we deliver in 1 hour at the earliest. For orders to be placed as per time slots, we deliver accordingly. For Chocolate Spreads/Nut Butters that are sent via courier, it will take 4-6 days depending on availability & distance.

What is your return and exchange policy?

For Courier products, If there’s solid evidence of damaged package received, we send a new pack or refund the amount minus the courier charges. For Food, if you have ordered via Zomato/Swiggy, then it’s their responsibility. If you have ordered via us directly, we either deliver it ourselves or for small orders send uber riders. These are packed well so no leakage happens. In case fault lies in packaging, we will refund that product amount. Food is prepared fresh to order, hence no issue of staleness is going to come, but in any case it does happen (by any slight chance), we will refund that amount.

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order is shipped, shipping address cannot be changed. If we have your product with us and you call us in time to change, we will cancel shipping order and send to new address. If we are charged anything by shipping company, that charge will be payable by you. For Cafe Food orders, simply call us on 9971980350 to discuss the change.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once the courier order is shipped, you will receive the tracking code in your email/sms. For cafe food orders placed directly with us, we will keep you updated as the rider leaves and share link with you for tracking (if uber rider).

What is the shelf life of Chocolate Spreads (Hazelate) ?

Ideally 12 months is the Shelf Life of our nut butters and chocolate spreads. But we prefer if they are consumed within 9 months. Our older labels have 6 months written on them by mistake, so kindly omit that data. New ones will be printed once the old stock is complete, to reduce wastages.
